Is it possible to associate a document to the Documents tab on a System and have it cascade down to the Positions and Assets and ultimately to any work orders written to the assets? We were hoping we could associate a document once to the System and it cascade down.

Keith - that's a good idea for common documents. But O&Ms specific to a piece of equipment - that may not be the best place since it wouldn't need to be associated with every work order.
I like that idea. I wonder if it could be done with Flex?
If all levels share the same department you could put the document on the department. The department folder shows up as a folder pretty much everywhere. We have our departments for most of our sites set up as just the Maintenance department for that ORG so we have put some commonly used documents on that department like hot works, requests for time off, system piping color codes etc. This way any work order has these documents in the document folder on a work order.
