I've two different roles that have access to the same report. One role can print/print preview the report successfully, the other receives a "No records..." error when attempting to access the same report.The error is received across multiple departments.
I'm unaware of any validation that prevents the second user group from running the same report. Please advise, if possible.
Great question! We typically see this when a report has not been added to a user group's menu. In order for users to generate a report, the report must be included in the user group menu structure. On the User Group screen > Menus tab, search for the report by changing the Dataspy to "Advanced Reports". Drag and drop the report into the menu. Note: If the report is associated with a screen and you do not want it displayed separately in the menu, you can hide the menu item.
