Equipment Not showing in Transit Mobile APP

I am just starting to use the EAM transit APP and I am having an issue with not seeing all of the Equipment in the Equipment screen. I have the sync config set up with a default dataspy from the Mobile equipment screen that shows all Equipment/ has no filters on it.

Any ideas why I would not see some of the Equipment?

Keith, on your settings in Transit if the 'for Downloaded WO only' is checked you will only see equipment for the work orders currently downloaded. Is that checked?
