You can filter by modifying the dataspy on that field as the R5 user or a global dataspy modifier. This can be done by clicking on the advanced tab in the dataspy and then creating the filter on the r5description table based on the entity.
Michelle, thanks for your response. I have never written a filter on a dataspy. What I am looking to do is base it off of the persons ORG and whether the cost code is out of service or not. Is this possible?
That is actually is already part of the dataspy on the lookup. I can only see the cost codes in the orgs that I have access to and I can't see any out of service cost codes. Is this not what you are seeing? If you have any kind of access to the org on the user organization tab then you can see it. Could that be your issue?
If I use my login I only see some of the ones for my ORG and then I also see some from the 2 ORGS that we have marked are Common. On my user I have all ORG's listed as I help all of them with issues. When I asked the one person who is looking to use this, she also has quite a few ORG's under user, but she is only seeing one ORG and it is not hers default one or the one common one she has on her list. Also, I do not see all on the open ones on my default ORG, but I do see some that are marked out of service. It's definitively acting odd. Even when looking at it this morning I see a different list then what I saw last Thursday.
