jhobor, are you referring to uploading files directly to EAM? If so, this is controlled at the server level in document configuration and is not an option as an install parameter.
The only install parameters that refer to file size are MAILSIZE (size of mail attachments) and DSKUPLD (Total amount of disk space on the server that is allocated to storing uploaded files - default value for this is normally unlimited).
