Most often this is caused by a password reset. When a report is scheduled in EAM, that schedule is linked to the user setting up the schedule. When it runs it uses the user/pw combination in order to connect to EAM and provide results. If the user who setup the report has changed their password, (even if that is not you) you will need to re-establish the schedule with the new password. Something to consider…If you have a lot of scheduled reports, you may want to create a REPORT user in EAM whose password does not ever change. Then schedule all reports with that user. It will keep this from happening again.

Usually when it happens to me the credentials aren't there. Don't know why it happens.
