Are there system requirements?

To ensure the best experience on the Connect Education Network we recommend using Internet Explorer 8+, Firefox 2+, Safari on Mac 1.2+, or Google Chrome.

Can I watch on my phone?

Yes! Visit advoco.connecteducationnetwork.com on your mobile device, or for a better experience download the Litmos application for your smart device and enter advoco.connecteducationnetwork.com in the 'Domain' field.

Do I have to download the videos to watch them?

No. Training videos are hosted online. 

Can I add more people from my company?

Absolutely. You may purchase as many individual subscribers as you'd like, our team discounts start when you hit 10 users. Visit our Pricing page for more information.

Can I upload my own training materials?

Yes. Team and Enterprise subscriptions on the Connect Education Network allow you to create custom training content by uploading the following file types: AVI, WMV, MPG, MPV, FLV, M4V, MP4, PPT, PPTX, PDF, MP3, ZIP, DOC, DOCX, and SWF. 

In addition, you may use existing Connect Education Network courses to build training material tailored to your organization. Additionally, there are powerful tools available which allow you to create your custom content, such as assessments, surveys, and pages of information.
 

Can I track my progress?

Yes. The Connect Education Network will always keep track of your achievements and your last stopping point. For example, if you start a Course and leave mid way through, the system will pick up where you left off and your Course History will remain intact.

Can I track my team’s progress?

Team accounts come with an Admin who can run reports to track learner progress. To learn how to work with reporting, login to your Connect Education Network account and navigate to the "Admin Features Overview" course found on your Learner Dashboard.

Can I see my results and achievements?

Once logged in, click on the "Course History" tab to see a list of your achievements.

If I cancel my subscription, do I lose my user history?

No. Your progress will remain intact upon re-subscribing.

Do I have to be an Advoco customer to subscribe?

No! The Connect Education Network is a place for any user of Infor EAM to reinvent the way you learn.

Can I piece together my own training materials?

What's unique about the Connect Education Network?

How can I use the system to interact with other EAM users?

Once logged in, access the exclusive Connector Community link on the left navigation pane. 

How do I provide feedback on content in CEN?

For each video, click the Feedback button on the upper right. Then, enter a subject and type your comment or question in the Message text area. The Connect Education team will receive your message and respond within one business day. Additionally you can email the team directly at info@connecteducationnetwork.com.

Why can't I login?

Common resolutions are to reset your password and ensure that your subscription is still active. If you are a new user, be sure to check your inbox for an automated email to setup your account.

Is Advoco still going to offer free content?

Absolutely! Advoco will always provide free Infor EAM resources and we know watching an hour long webinar is a great way to stay informed on the software. We believe that the power of the Connect Education Network is the breakdown of topics into 5-10 minutes allowing users to master a skill on their time, at their pace. 

How do I add videos to My Dashboard?

Head over to the Course Library and choose what you’d like to learn about. Once you begin a course, it will automatically be added to your Dashboard for easy access. Your team admin may also assign content directly to your Dashboard.
