Equipment
Functional equipment is the heart of any successful operation. Use the Equipment course to learn how to create all types of equipment, including systems, positions, and locations, as well as establish and manage equipment hierarchies in Infor EAM.
Parts
The Parts course helps you keep your parts organized. Learn how to create parts and suppliers, set up stores and bins, and associate parts to stores/bins and suppliers.
Parts Components
Parts Components are the foundation of data building for the Part module. This course covers topics such as commodities, currency, and UOM as well as creating manufactures and associating parts to manufacturers.
Checklist Fundamentals
Checklists provide a powerful way to facilitate completion of work order tasks, collect qualitative and quantitative readings and findings, and collect e-signatures for work performed and reviewed. The Checklist Fundamentals course includes an overall introduction to checklists as well as instructions for creating checklists and checklist item types and processing checklist results.
Introduction to Mobile
This course will cover the fundamentals of the IOS and Android mobile application. It will demonstrate work orders, processing a checklist, and physical inventory.

Work Components
Additional Work Screens
The Additional Work Screens course highlights some of the work-related functions that exist outside the basic work order screen. These include instructions for how to quickly create and close a work order, book labor by employee, creating a work request, and setting up work order templates using the standard work order screen.
Multi-Equipment Work Order
When you need to perform work on more than one piece of equipment at one time, use the Multi-Equipment Work Order Course to learn how. This course provides an overall introduction to multi-equipment work orders and explains how to setup, create, and execute work orders when multiple pieces of equipment need to be serviced together.
Maintenance Patterns
Need to group or nest work orders? The Maintenance Patterns course shows you how to plan routine maintenance on your equipment and allows you to determine the frequency to carry out those work orders. Learn how to set up the standard work orders, create a pattern, assign the equipment, and release the work orders to complete a maintenance pattern.
Advanced Checklists
Advanced Checklists is a continuation of the Checklists Fundamentals course. Learn about additional checklist item types, such as meter readings, as well as other advanced checklist functions like equipment-based restrictions and identifying people who can perform the checklist.
Services Procurement
When you need to hire people to perform work, Infor EAM provides several ways to process these service activities. The Services Procurement Course provides an overview of how services work in Infor EAM and then demonstrates how to record the different types of services as well as any additional costs associated with the service.
Part Procurement
Purchasing parts is easy with Infor EAM. This course walks you through the entire procurement process beginning with requisition setup and purchase order creation. This course also includes instructions for how to return parts to a supplier if necessary, request parts for a work order (direct purchase), and receive parts without a purchase order.
Part Transactions
The Part Transactions course describes ways that a part moves around in Infor EAM and how those movements are recorded. Use the Part Transactions course to learn about issuing and returning parts from/to a store and stock, transferring parts between bins, and managing your inventory.

Advanced Equipment Setup
This course explores how to set up templates to assist with creating and generating equipment. These templates can include some of the essential fields on the main record of the equipment as well as some of the tabs.
Equipment Tabs

Equipment Warranties
Equipment warranties provide a way to recover cost of work performed on your equipment. This course will go over the essentials needed for the set up and usage of equipment warranties.

Scheduling Work Order Activities

WO Daily Scheduling Screen
One option for scheduling work order activities in Infor EAM is the WO Daily Scheduling screen. This tool is a great solution for schedulers. Complete this course to learn how to: (1) create a scheduling session, (2) select equipment, work order activities, and employees, (3) schedule by shift, and more!
Permits: Foundations of the Safety Module
This course highlights the basic principles for setting up work permits and associating them with equipment, as well as reviews some of the additional features available with the Safety Module.
Hazards & Precautions
Hazards and precautions are components of the Infor EAM Safety Module. This course reviews how to create hazards and precautions for the benefit of including safety information on work orders.
Qualifications
Some maintenance activities have minimum job requirements to ensure work is completed by a skilled professional. By tracking qualifications in Infor EAM, you can define job requirements and monitor employee qualifications. A qualification may be a special skill, certification, completed training, or even acknowledgement of a job manual. Complete this course to learn more!
Meters 2.0
The Meters 2.0 course builds on the content covered in the Meters course. Complete the modules to learn about the types of physical meters, the Batch Meter Reading screen, and how to replace a physical meter for a piece of equipment.

Learning Path
This learning path is designed for Infor EAM system administrators. The content focuses on core features and functionalities that serve as the foundation of your system, and ways to configure the application to meet your specific business needs.
User Groups
When you have a group of people performing the same tasks in Infor EAM, create user groups to manage their permissions and functionality. This course covers the basics of user groups in Infor EAM, from creating a new user group to customizing menus and controlling screen permissions.
User Group 2.0
This course is designed to expand your knowledge of user group security in Infor EAM by exploring advanced features such as WO Authorizations, Status Authorizations, Store Security, and Department Security.
User Setup
Managing users is a routine task for System Administrators. Understanding the various user options increases usability of the application and ensures end users have access to relevant data. This course covers user settings as well as the relationship between users, user groups, and organizations.
Inboxes
Inboxes are a component of the Start Center that provide an immediate overview of daily and/or hourly progress and are created by System Administrators. This course covers the steps necessary to create an Inbox and assign the Inbox to users and user groups.
KPIs
KPIs are a component of the Start Center that provide a graphical representation of progress and are created by System Administrators. This course covers the steps necessary to create a KPI and assign the KPI to users and user groups.
Introduction to Install Parameters & Organization Options
Install Parameters and Organization Options have a huge impact on the application. Understanding how the parameters and options control user behavior, system functionality/performance, etc. is critical to getting the most out of your Infor EAM system. This course is a gateway to understanding the impact of Install Parameters and Organization Options.
System Codes
System Codes allow for customizing the list of values available in Status, Type, and Code drop-downs. The modules in this course cover the System Code screen as well as the common entities impacted by system codes.
Classes and Custom Fields
Classes are available throughout the Infor EAM application and allow entities, such as equipment, work orders, and parts, to be separated into groups. Custom fields are an alternative to user defined fields and allow organizations to capture additional data in new fields. This module covers classes, custom fields, and how to associate a custom field to a specific class.
Closing Codes
Capturing accurate data on equipment failures is an important part of asset management. In Infor EAM, closing codes are used to provide a meaningful breakdown of data related to the source of equipment malfunction. This course reviews both the creation and use of closing codes
Checklist Setup
Creating relevant checklists is critical to ensuring the checklists items are applicable and the correct users are completing and reviewing the checklists. This course includes modules on checklist responsibility, filters, and follow-up work order settings.
Screen Designer
Screen designer allows you to enhance the user experience by modifying field properties, hiding/moving fields, and adding user defined fields to a screen. This course covers topics ranging from opening a screen in designer mode to setting default values and filters for a field.
Screens
In Infor EAM, existing screens can be modified and new screens can be created. This course reviews screen settings such as whether a Dataspy runs when a screen is opened, associating a report with a screen, and making screen tabs available or hidden for all user groups.
Messenger
This course reviews how to set up Messenger in Infor EAM. Complete the modules in the order listed to learn how to create templates, define notification triggers, and create parameters and conditions. This course also reviews the related install parameters and where to verify whether an email notification was sent.
Audits
This course covers the audit functionality in Infor EAM, including the set up and viewing options. Setting up audit trails allows for viewing when a change is made to a field, which user made the change, and the before and after values.
Introduction to Languages and Translations
Complete this course to learn about administering a multilingual EAM system. This course provides an introduction to languages and translations and includes topics such as updating field labels and adding description translations.
Mobile Setup
This course is designed for system administrators responsible for implementing and managing Infor EAM mobile. The setup relates to the Transit, Manufacture, and Fleet mobile applications and includes the following: setting up users and user groups, creating mobile Dataspies, updating install parameters, and changing mobile settings from the mobile app.
Reports
As a system administrator, it is important to understand Infor EAM's reporting capabilities. This course provides an introduction to reports, including: an overview of report records, the difference between base and consumer reports, and report parameters.
